TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOREVIZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service in the past twelve months, or $100, whichever is less.
